Returns & Exchanges

At SALT Attire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your garment doesn't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can initiate a return or exchange within 15 days of delivery provided the items are unworn and tags are intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our 'Returns Center' and enter your order ID and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the garment is in its original condition with all brand tags, packaging, and invoices preserved for the pickup process.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the package.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and verify the item at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 7 business days.
